Bore Pumps

4" Bore Pumps in full Stainless Steel construction for Flow rate up to 18m3/hr and head up to 200m are generally available ex-stock.

4" bore pumps for higher head are available on request.

6" and 8" Bore Pumps in full Stainless Steel construction for Flow rate up to 125m3/hr and head up to 500m are available on request.

Larger Bore Pumps up to 20" bore size and for Flow rate up to 900m3/hr and head up to 400m are available on request.

Bore Pump Motors

Submersible borehole motors are water filled / lubricated with IP58 degree of protection and NEMA standard mount dimensions.

230V, 1Ph motors from 0.5HP up to 1.5HP are available either 2 wires OR 3 wire type. 1Ph Motors from 2 HP onwards are 3 wires type.

400V, 3Ph motors are available as DOL or Star / Delta start type as per requirement.

Motor Protection Control Panels

A microprocessor based electronic control panel is available for automatic operation for Bore Pumps and to protect Bore Pump Motors.

The panel has:

•	Adjustable Over Current (Overload)
•	Under Current (Run Dry)
•	Short Circuit Protections
•	Facility to Connect Pressure or Float Switch
•	Options of Automatic or Manual ON/OFF Operation
•	LED Display of Operating Current & Status of Motor
•	Built-in Alarm

Panels available ex stock for 230V / 1Ph motors up to 2.2kW and for 400V / 3Ph / DOL motors up to 7.5kW ratings.

Larger panels with options of Start / Delta start or Variable Speed Drive are available on request.
